Everything about the atmosphere is relaxing. Izzy does a wonderful prenatal massage. She is polite, professional and applies the perfect amount of pressure. The front staff was friendly and informative about any questions. Also, very well priced! I cannot wait to go back!

Shawn is very good Massage Therapist. He makes your experience very relaxing. The front desk people are so nice to all customers. The soaps from Thistle Farms help support women who have been trafficked to have a better life. Very relaxing and refreshing experience. I love their lotion candles.

My youngest daughter and I received gift cards at Christmas for a facial for her and a massage for myself. We went today, and have nothing but rave reviews for the services we received. Tracy gave the most relaxing massage. The stress I have had for months is gone. My daughter said her skin feels amazing after her facial from Sydni. She really appreciated the fact that since it was her first time going to a spa everything was explained and choices were given. Thank you so much Ava Bella for making our day! This was my first time here! I went in today a little anxious and let me tell you the ladies at the front desk were super sweet in greeting me! I met Shawn, my massage therapist. He was a breath of fresh air! This is the best massage over ever had and Shawn was kind, professional and enlightening! This is my new go to place and massage therapist! Mrs. DeeDee got my checked out and explained some updates to come to me! Everyone was so nice!

I booked a spa day event through Ava Bella, and everything was totally seamless. They communicated with me and answered all of my questions ahead of time. We booked the private relaxation room which was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a group to lounge before and after the spa services. My massage with Tracy was excellent. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the experience. I recommend checking this spa out for solo or group events!

I was very impressed with how the salon handled a scheduling error for our party the week before Christmas. We all make mistakes, but the measure of a company is accepting responsibility for and fixing the mistakes we do make, which the salon did in spades! Massage was great, too! Highly Recommend!

I have been coming to Ava Bella for just a few months and every time I go it’s an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I saw Tracy for my very first professional massage and he was absolutely amazing. He gave me tips On how to get the best experience for myself. I have since seen Shawn for my messages who is also wonderful. He’s friendly, caring, and makes you feel very comfortable. I went today and got a 90 minute deep tissue massage, but I also got a brow lift and tint with Stephanie. She was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet and her work was spectacular. I wish I had gotten a before picture of my brows, but here is the after. Overall the staff is amazing here. Thank you Ava Bella 🖤.

I wish I could give 6 stars but Google only allows 5. I have been to many high end spas but Ava Bella is absolutely the best spa I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with lightest fresh fragrance that tells you, you are in the right place. The staff immediately greets you and welcomes you to sit and relax while they get your aesthetician or massage therapist. You are quickly taken back to your private room. I get a discount on my hydro-facial because I signed up for their monthly membership. If you don’t have a membership, you are missing out. Their products have helped my rosacea tremendously. I don’t have enough good things to say about their entire staff, especially the owner. They all remember my name and make me feel like family. Thank you Ava Bella.

I was gifted a holiday package from my wonderful and generous co-workers. I enjoyed the sauna, facial, and massage- all were amazing!! 🧖🏼‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️ The team at Ava Bella are so kind and professional. I was impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness, and smooth flow of each service rotation. I WILL be back. Also, special shout out to aesthetician Sydni and massage therapist Julie. They were so sweet and did a phenomenal job. I can’t wait to return 🎉
